The Challenge
This was one of our premier residential renovation projects in the very upmarket Johannesburg suburb of Parkhurst. It was a major renovation, with the challenge being that the floor was specified to be installed over a densely floated cement screed.
Knowing it would give us the beautiful look we desired, but also due to its versatility and durability, Cemcrete CreteCote was chosen and specified as the right product for this application

Cemcrete CreteCote is a coloured, cement-based, and trowelled on floor covering which is versatile, durable and waterproof. It produces a 1.5mm smooth decorative finish which is suitable for application onto wood, steel floated concrete floor slabs or screeds.
