The Challenge
The Nosh Restaurant floor Weber 4610 Industry-Top
Our challenge here was to restore a dismally failed floor: The previous contractor had specified and utilised entirely the wrong product and additionally followed poor preparation and installation procedures.
This project was therefore another opportunity for CT Floors to showcase our knowledge of products and their correct application.
We needed to remove the old product, scarify the floor to remove latency in the concrete, and thoroughly grind and prepare the substrate for the cementitious application.
The installation of 4610 Industry-Top made a fantastic improvement to the Restaurant.

The solution
Weber 4610 Industry-Top is a pumpable, rapid hardening, self-levelling screed intended for use as a surface layer on industrial flooring. The material is especially suitable where renovation time is limited. Industry-Top is ready for normal traffic loading without further finishing, but may be coated with a suitable resin should this be required.
Project Outcome
From an initial disaster we had come to the rescue and created a beautifully installed, highly functional floor that, with correct maintenance, will be utilised for many years to come.
