The Challenge
This was one of our premier residential floor renovation projects in the very upmarket Johannesburg suburb of Rivonia. It was a major renovation, with the challenge being that the floor was specified to be installed over a densely floated cement screed.
Knowing it would give us the beautiful look we desired, but also due to its versatility and durability, Cemcrete CreteCote was chosen and specified as the right product for this application.
Quartz Carpet was used in all the heavy traffic walkway and kitchen areas for its durability, aesthetic properties, and to break the flow in the strikingly beautiful manner.

Cemcrete CreteCote is a coloured, cement-based, and trowelled on floor covering which is versatile, durable and waterproof. It produces a 1.5mm smooth decorative finish which is suitable for application onto wood, steel floated concrete floor slabs or screeds.
In its own right, Quartz Carpet is an exceptionally durable and beautiful floor, capable of being installed both inside and outside.
