Cemcrete’s Khozi Coat is a one Coat PVA acrylic paint suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. It is alkali resistant and is designed as a one-coat application for existing or newly plastered surfaces, cement bricks or building blocks.

Specifications of Cemcrete Khozi Coat

Suitable Surfaces	Can be applied to exterior or interior walls of industrial, commercial or domestic buildings. Onto surfaces primed with Cemcrete’s CemBond according to the datasheet, or un primed concrete, cement plaster, brickwork, building boards and suitably primed wood, metal, fibre cement and gypsum plaster

Q: Can my builder do the application?
A: Yes, Khozi Coat is supplied ready to use and the application is the same as a normal paint. Make sure the correct preparation steps, as seen in the datasheet, are followed.

Q: How do I maintain my wall after Khozi Coat has been applied?
A: Just wash with sugar soap/water solution when it starts looking tardy otherwise one should give it a maintenance coat every 3 to 4 years.

Q: How long will Khozi Coat last?
A: It is UV stable and lasts as long as most middle order paints (3 to 4 years before the need to over coat).
