It effectively minimizes surface porosity, ensuring a more successful sealer application.

Description	Sealer primer to pre-seal cementitious surfaces prior to applying the final sealer of your choice. Provides a tough, clear priming system for sealers onto decorative cement coatings, concrete, cement plaster, & masonry. It reduces the porosity ensuring better sealer application.
