Stoncor – Stonclad UL
The Challenge
For the Beyers Chocolates food processing plant, we specified and installed Stonclad UL Polyurethane floors.
Due to the nature of their requirements the client had approached us to specify and install a flooring product that would be hardwearing, chemical and abrasion resistant, easy to maintain and perform exceptionally well where the risk of sugar spillage could degrade the concrete slab surface.

The Solution
We knew that the best solution for our client would be Stonclad UL Polyurethane as it is a high performance mortar that has a smooth, matte finish and exhibits excellent wear, impact and chemical resistance.
We had no hesitation in specifying and applying it!

The result is a perfectly installed, hardwearing, chemical resistant floor that integrates perfectly with the elaborate drainage system consistent with this constantly wet bottling plant.
