The Challenge
This was one of our residential projects – a beautiful designer floor for a very upmarket home in one of Johannesburg’s high class suburbs.
Our client wanted a strong, durable, yet beautiful floor that would complement their new home. To match the look and feel of this home it would need to be a thing of great beauty and high quality.
The challenge lay therefore with the product choice. We decided upon and specified ‘Smooth ‘n patch’ for the technical finishes.

NanoScreed is a versatile, durable, economical flooring product which produces and attractive floated concrete look and a mottled unique finish. It is beautiful to look at and perfectly matched our client’s requirements.
The Outcome
A combination of the right product choice and years of experience with the installation of a myriad of products meant that once again we rose to the challenge and met our mandate. The end result was a really beautiful to look at, professionally installed, functional floor that will be in use for many years if it is maintained according to specifications.
