The Challenge
Our client’s requirement was for a strong, durable, yet beautiful floor that would complement their new building.
We started the project by installing a Self-Compacting Concrete Screed replacement system. Thereafter the Weber 4610 Self-Levelling screed was placed. We worked with the specifying team during the planning phase of the project to make sure that the product specification was correct
The challenge was to ensure that substrate specification remained correct so that the installation would go seamlessly.

The Solution
The product solution lay in the utilisation of Saint-Gobain Weber 4610 Industry Top. This is a through-colour final finish self-levelling cementitious decorative overlay perfect for industrial, commercial, or even residential environments.
On the installation side – Once construction started, we regularly met with the main contractor to ensure that substrate specification remained correct as had been specified.
